Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional cleaning services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at Sublime Clean.

General Questions

What are your hourly rates?

Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products, Vacuum & Mop Included:

  • Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly Recurring: $40.00/hour
  • One-Time/Move-in/Move-out: $45.00/hour
  • Post Construction: $45.00/hour

*Rate Per Cleaner + %5.00 GST 

*We recommend getting a free quote with our suggested time frame to ensure all requested cleaning tasks are completed

What is your cancellation policy?

We require minimum 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments, if cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged half the total cost of the booked cleaning.

What is your payment policy?

We currently accept payment via Cash, Check, PayPal, Direct Deposit or E-Transfer to info@sublimeclean.net

*Payment is due within 48 hours from the time your clean is completed.

*Flexibility of payment due date is available for recurring customers.

What type of guarantee do you give?

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning job you may contact us within 24 hours after your clean and an available cleaner will come back to touch up the job at no extra cost.

Scheduling Questions

Can I get a same day booking?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings, but depending on the day we can often meet this requirement.

Do I have to be home for my cleaning?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in the detail section of the free quote or booking form. *If a cleaner is locked out or unable to access the home you will be charged half the total cost of the booked cleaning.

Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I book?

Yes, we always arrive on time. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the exact time adjustment.

When am I charged for the service?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect the time from when the cleaner arrives at your home until the time they leave the home. This is rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment. Payment is due within 48 hours from the time your clean is completed.

Cleaning Questions

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Below is a list of what gets cleaned in every room of your house during a standard cleaning. You can also request add-on services in the description section of your free quote or booking form.

Do you provide the cleaning supplies?

Organic cleaning supplies, a professional vacuum and a floor-type specific mop are all provided. This option ensures your cleaner uses the most efficient products and supplies. We always ask you provide your own toilet brush to avoid home to home cross contamination.

How many cleaners do you send?

Generally 1 cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.  In the case of a move-in/move-out or post construction clean we generally send 2 or more cleaners. Hiring more than 1 cleaner to shorten the length of your clean is also available by request.

Are cleaning company cleaners screened?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a criminal record check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant training and experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.

What Do We Clean?

Kitchens: 

Windowsills, floors vacuumed/steam mopped, exteriors of cupboards, handle fixtures, exteriors of all kitchen appliances, interior of microwaves, counter-tops, stove-top/hood fan, light switches, sink and faucets, table surfaces, dishes washed, and garbage emptied/liners replaced.

Bathrooms: 

Windowsills, floors vacuumed/steam mopped, cupboard exteriors, handle fixtures, counter-tops, mirrors, sinks and faucets, light switches, toilets inside and out, bathtub, shower, and garbage emptied/liners replaced.

Bedrooms: 

Windowsills, floors vacuumed/steam mopped, dusting all surface areas, light switches, handle fixtures, mirrors, beds made and garbage emptied/liners replaced.

Common Areas: 

Windowsills, floors vacuumed/steam mopped, mirrors, table surfaces, handrails, and garbage emptied/liners replaced. 

Add-On Services: 

Window (interior), window tracks, glass doors (interior & exterior), door tracks (interior), baseboards, baseboard heaters, walls, cupboard interiors, oven interior, fridge interior, pull out oven, pull out fridge, shower deep-scrub, bathtub deep-scrub, dishes and laundry.

*Add-On Services are available upon request for no extra fees but generally take more time to complete. 

 

We currently serve all areas of Kelowna, West Kelowna & Lake Country

 

We also serve the following areas with a +1hr distance surcharge fee:

Peachland, Summerland, Penticton and Big White.
